Shipping Policy
A signature will be required for all orders at the time of delivery for security purposes.

We can only ship to one address per order. All available shipping methods and estimates will be displayed at the time of check out.
Tracking number will be provided by email. You can track your delivery online through Track Your Order.
Please Note: Bank authorization is required for all purchases before it can be processed. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
Hey Sis! Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to exchange or return an item.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt. For reasons of health and safety, we will only offer refunds on unused items. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Soeur's cosmetics monitor returns and reserve the right to deny returns that in their sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirement. If any item is denied you will be notified by email.
Final sale items are not refundable. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the product. For items returned within the return policy, refunds will be returned in the original form of payment.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, just return the unwanted/unused product. A store credit will be refunded to you, then you can purchase the product(s) you wish to purchase at any time. A product can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
